While the sexual orientation of a healthy, consensual couple should have no bearing on their legal rights to adopt children, examining the potential effects of homosexual vs heterosexual parenting on the development of a child (ceteris paribus) is a worthwhile intellectual pursuit.

I strongly agree with this comment, I believe gender identity has no relevance in a couple raising a child. If the people in the couple are committed to one another and have a stable home for the child to live in. The couple's gender should have no place in stopping them raising a child. They are just as entitled to raise a child as a heterosexual couple are.

I 100% agree. If a couple, no matter anyone's gender, is loving and capable of caring for a child, they should.

Yes, I agree with this comment. As long as the child will not be in any harm then why should a couple not be allowed to adopt a child.

Completely agree, the decision orientation is irrelevant. I agree even with any form of gender couple. As I can't find a reason otherwise this is unhealthy.
