I think yes, but it should also be required that a guard has a gun, as well that the it is a right in the constitution to bear arms.

Yes and I believe in deregulating gun legislation to allow more British Citizens the right to keep and bear arms in accordance to the English Bill of Rights 1689.

Wtf! Kind of a question is that? High crime etc schools should have tough security teams to protect the teachers and pupils. The pupils that are a nuisance, then National Service should be an immediate decision.
