I think yes, but it should also be required that a guard has a gun, as well that the it is a right in the constitution to bear arms.

Yes and I believe in deregulating gun legislation to allow more British Citizens the right to keep and bear arms in accordance to the English Bill of Rights 1689.

No, but schools in high risk or gang related crime areas should probably have some kind of security.
