Privatise the NHS but still keep the free prescriptions and medical care for all children and take care for the elderly who aren't financially stable. Working age citizens with no disabilities should always be responsible for their general health and wellbeing. There are alternative methods for being able to treat and cure viruses and infections at home without the need of a professional. "Free" medical care should be a last resort for the ones who genuinely need it due to not being able to cover costs.
