Yes, wherever feasible (understanding that it may not be possible for essential jobs like emergency services). Most jobs office jobs don't need to be done 5 days a week and reducing working hours could have big environmental benefits by reducing emissions.

The government should not intervene in this matter. It should be up to employers and employees whether they wish to work a 4 day working week, so long as employees work the same number of hours overall.

Yes, but the overtime pay should be required from 36hours onwards- with critical national infrastructure employees having 42hours
