The two-state solution is a proposed diplomatic solution for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The proposal envisions an independent State of Palestine that borders Israel. Palestinian leadership has supported the concept since the 1982 Arab Summit in Fez. Given the history and the immoveable ideology of the Palestinian regime there can never be a two state solution. If other Arab Muslim countries truly believed that it was possible they would have acted long before now. If you start a war then you need to know before going into it that you could lose everything.
