No, there is potential for this to happen in the future, however, the UK does not currently have the infrastructure to sustain mass use of electric vehicle's.

If they are going to be introduced, they should absolutely have separate lanes, but better not to have them at all.

Yes, but it would mean possibly redeveloping the way the roads in the UK are structured. It's a good idea but may need a lot of work to make that work well.

I do not believe in the development of personal autonomous vehicles, however public autonomous vehicles could have special lanes
