100% no. That would be a horrific idea. Ban firearms altogether and make the punishments more severe.

I think yes, but it should also be required that a guard has a gun, as well that the it is a right in the constitution to bear arms.

Yes and I believe in deregulating gun legislation to allow more British Citizens the right to keep and bear arms in accordance to the English Bill of Rights 1689.
