Yes, all MPs should be able to vote on all issues, and parliament should be reformed to have more proportional representation.

Only if English are banned from voting on issue in Wales Scotland and Northern Ireland

Devolved nations (including England) should only be able to vote on issues which affect them directly. All nations should be able to vote on decisions which affect the whole of the UK.
