No, just put workers on the boards that decide CEO hiring and pay, and let them decide based on commercial considerations

No, many CEOs avoid tax through the use of company shares as loan collateral anyway and implementing this policy will just incentivies many more to do the same. We need policies on the restrictions of loans with shares based collateral.

Yes but more to the extent of everyone should thrive - I.e the wealth of a company is spread fairly throughout but not equally

 @BDB546V answered…2mos2MO

Yes, but somewhat Irrelevant as directors will use remuneration/dividends creatively beyond salary.

 @BBHJB5R answered…4mos4MO

No, but employees employees should have a minimum proportion vs what the CEO is paid (so, rather than the CEO's salary reducing, the employee's salary increases).

Yes, but not just for CEOs. There should be a cap for higher earners relative to lower earners, with regulation to reduce the risk of avoidance (for example, by outsourcing lower paid jobs to a separate legal entity which (almost) exclusively provides services to the parent entity).

 @B8S5NPTanswered…7mos7MO

It would depend on the involvement of the CEO (but judgements should be made on whether wages are being cut only to improve the wage of the CEO)

 @BD2SHQM answered…2mos2MO

Yes, and ban loopholes which allow CEOs to take more than this through other benefits
