9>9 Personal answerNurses do all the work so they need to make a new system where all employees start as nurses. All nurses should be given free access to learning to become doctors it will help with bedside manner and the disparity in pay. Doctors who don't nurse first are always terrible at their own job. Social › Death Penalty
9>9 Personal answerIt should be based on evidence. If the evidence is unrefutable picture or video of them commiting the crime for instance a murderer or a rapist is 100% the culprit. Death penalty should come at the end of a long scentance. Mainly to make sure they are guilty. It needs to be done case by case. If the death penalty is due to someone who's taken someone else's life through murder or rape for instance should also expect to loose their life. Hate crimes, bullying and pedofilia to be put on that list of crimes that ruin life's. None violent crimes like theft and drug charges need to be solved at a base level because normally they are circumstantial the rest ate mental health related and should be solved at a mental level.
